The Jari maybe Fuji’s first-ever foray into gravel, but when it comes to entry-level adventure, the company brought a gun to a knife fight. It’s the same fork as used on Fuji’s higher spec alloy and carbon Jari models and a nice extra. One last feature that’s easy to miss but very welcome should you need it is a small pad under the partially flattened top tube for ease of shouldering the bike. There is nothing about cycling that I don’t like! As mentioned above, stand-up efforts resulted in some noticeable flex in the front end and under foot, but no more than most bikes in this group.
